Stockholm-based, scientifically-motivated collaborative artist pairing Mats Bigert and Lars Bergström are, once again, testing our relationship with climatic issues, this time in the form of light installation, Powerplant. This recently-exhibited, spherically-collective bi-illumination sees photographs of a power plant and its environment wrapped around a molecular construct, calling us not only to look, but to see.

Hit a wall with environmental boredom? Then the answer, according to interior designer Amirkhan Abdurakhmanov, is simple – Change It. For freedom of expression, you need to get in the prism system, whereby millions of possible combinations are fingertip-ready to express your mood or work with interior changes. Though this flexibly emotive design is currently at concept stage, it will be in production soon.
